Show & Tell - More Lego Creations

This post is a follow-up to last Friday’s Show & Tell of Lego Creations that our boys submitted to Lego Magazine. Through a comment, astute blogger Alice alerted me that Lego creations can be submitted online. After sending the boys' first two photos to Lego Magazine, we decided to create a Lego account and submit everything else online.
Our 11-year-old's Passenger Plane is online at the Lego website in the Creator Gallery. Our boys are using the alias tigerland23 on the Lego website.

Our older son also built a boat called The Grant, named after the captain of the ship, which is online in the Indiana Jones Gallery.

Our 8-year-old's Jungle Tank is online in the Star Wars Gallery. He’s received 13 votes so far and is hoping to receive 15 votes before submitting another photo to the Gallery.

We also started a Lego/Chess Club for homeschool families to build and play together. For more Show & Tell, please visit Kelli’s blog.

Visiting you from Kelli's Show and Tell!

My kids loved lego too - did you know Lego has a FREE computer program too where your children can build right online?

They have a lot of patience and persistence to build these - wow!

Thx for sharing.

Mrs. Miles - Yes, we just recently discovered the free computer program to build online. It's neat what kids can do at Lego.com!

Do you know what happens when lego builders grow up? They become engineers, like my son Kevin. He had a class called "Intro to Engineering" at the university that was a hands-on lab using lego robotics. It was so fun!

Lee
